The Challange
A new customer came to us looking for a semi-automatic liquid filling machine to fill both totes and drums on a pallet with a variety of synthetic ester products for the lubricant industry.
The Solution
Haver & Boecker USA, under the Feige Filling Brand, has a wide range of knowledge and experience when developing solutions for the Lubricants industry, which led us to the solution of our Elementra 16 liquid filling machine. The main challenge this customer was looking to solve was too be able to use one machine for a variety of ester products for Food Grade, Metalworking, and Machine Lubricant applications. The Elementra 16 and all of our other semi-automatic filling equipment has limitless product recipe storage and is designed to make changing the product being filled as simple as just changing the lance and product connection. Once done, the operator can select the new product to be filled, and you are ready to go.
Additionally, this semi-automatic tote and drum filler is equipped with nitrogen purging to support filling the food grade product recipes. Also, Haver & Boecker USA provided the accompanying conveyors as well as the platform to go along with this machine.
