Responsibilities:

  • Installation and repair of equipment at customer’s facility
  • Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting of equipment
  • Conduct inspection visits and purchase service and installation materials if required
  • Perform service procedures within the scheduled time
  • Conduct customer and end-user on-site training
  • Read and interpret electrical documentation, hardware drawings and program terms for troubleshooting
  • Read and comprehend plant drawings and layouts

Your profile:

  • Technical degree (preferred) with a minimum of 2 years experience

  • Advanced knowledge of PLC’s, touch panels (Siemens or Allen Bradley) is required
  • Servo drives (e.g. SEW), Bus systems (Wago or Turck), weighing technology is preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal English and Spanish communication skills

We are seeking a resourceful and dynamic Data Integration Analyst to join our Team!

You will take responsibility for the data management of CAMOS, our sales application and SAP and will be working with various departments, gather and manage our master datasets, develop reports, implement new data, and troubleshoot data issues. To do well in this role you need a very fine eye for detail, experience working in teams, and understanding of databases.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain CAMOS sales application data while working with an international team
  • Work with internal business unit teams to outline their specific data needs for CAMOS development
  • Interpret data, analyze needs and provide ongoing support
  • Develop and implement databases, data collection systems, data analytics and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and quality
  • Filter and “clean” data by reviewing computer reports, printouts, and performance indicators to locate and correct code problems
  • Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
  • Manage SAP master data, including creation, updates, and deletion
  • Provide quality assurance of data
  • Process confidential data and information according to guidelines
  • Supporting initiatives for data integrity and normalization
  • Generating reports from multiple systems
  • Translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms

Your Profile:

  • Exceptional computer skills (MS Office, SAP, custom Software and applications), knowledge of and experience with reporting packages (Business Objects, etc.), databases (C++, PHP, SQL, etc.), programming (XML, JavaScript, or ETL frameworks)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, a second language would be an asset (Spanish, German)

You will be responsible for leading and managing all sales activities in your designated territory to the achievement of the company’s sales goals.   • Process and manage technical and commercial quotations and orders through quotation software
  • Keep quotation software current by updating project status accordingly

Haver & Boecker USA is seeking an experienced Project Managers to coordinate and manage full project cycles from sales order to closing meeting

In this role you will collaborate with all internal departments such as Sales, After-sales, Engineering, Finance, Production, Logistics, etc., as well as provide continuous support to the customer. A high level of technical understanding and at least three years of Project Management experience in the manufacturing industry is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop project plan/schedule and coordinate required resources to meet scheduled deadlines for the entire project
  • Understand the scope of the project, take ownership and act as the primary contact for the customer
  • Participate in New Order Sheet meetings to determine, understand and communicate all aspects of the project (values, financial terms and conditions)
  • Schedule internal technical meetings to clarify the scope of project with engineering, as well as schedule on-site Kick-Off meetings
  • Follow-up at all project phases to keep the project on track to meet expectations
  • Communicate project updates with customers and other internal/external parties
  • Schedule FAT (Factory Acceptance Test) if required
  • Organize and document all commercial and technical aspects of the project in SAP
  • Coordinate shipping and delivery of equipment
  • Request & compare quotes from third party suppliers/vendors and choose the most competitive option to minimize costs
  • Responsible for coordinating and scheduling contractors, service technicians and other third parties involved in the installation
  • Ensure customer requirements and needs are met before, during and after installation, until receipt of the signed Site Acceptance Test confirmation
  • Act as key contact for Service Technicians during installation process

Your Profile:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience
  • Advanced technical aptitude
  • An understanding of technical and commercial terms (contracts)

Haver & Boecker USA is seeking experienced Industrial Mechanics for our Production Team!

The ideal candidate has a strong mechanical and electrical background and should be flexible. You will assemble and build equipment according to mechanical, pneumatic and schematic drawings and perform other various duties within the assembly department to meet departmental goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Build equipment as specified in drawings and pneumatic diagrams and install pneumatic, hydraulic and mechanical components
  • Installation and wiring of all electrical components in the machine including PLC’s, contactors, motors and terminal blocks according to schematic drawings
  • Test equipment, components and parts during and after assembly and correct errors and malfunctions if required
  • Prepare components and equipment for dispatch and detach and label parts if necessary
  • Ensure equipment is secured and packed for shipping
  • Load and unload freight trucks

Your Profile:

  • A technical degree with at least 3 years of experience
  • An outstanding technical understanding
  • A high level of detail and accuracy
  • Proficient English communication skills, a second language would be an asset (Spanish, German)
